Horrible ? the wait at the bank, only 3 employees for so much queue and customer service is terrible

I was waiting for one hour and 50 minutes in order to speak to a representative to do a wire transfer. It’s ridiculous, so sad how everything has changed after Covid. No more personal attention.

Drive-thru is beyond slow. Waiting for over 20-30 min in a bank drive-thru is unacceptable. Management doesn't care about their customers. I have filed complaints on multiple occasions. Line inside is worse
