Only waited for about 10 minutes, receptionist (I think named Regina) was super sweet and kind. My nurse was also very sweet and kind (I don’t remember her name) and felt very safe around her. She also gave my sister and I complementary ginger ale which was so dope. The doctor was also very kind and validating which isn’t always common so I really appreciated that. I’d rather go here than to my actual pcp lol.

The girl at the reception desk was impressive! She was such a great multitasker with everything that was going on….the nurse and doctor were great . We were treated quickly and efficiently.

I do not like going to ERs due to lengthy process so had to go to Urgent Care twice this year and once last year and I swear, this place is the absolute best! The caring staff is amazing and the doctors are the best. The front desk staff is great and you see how they are the same to EVERYONE which is awesome! I can’t say enough but thank you Pinecrest Urgent Care Team—you are truly top notch healthcare professionals!

It was a great experience. I was taken back to the examining room without much of a wait and attended to quicklyThe Dr requested an xray and 10 minutes layer it was confirmed I had pneumonia. The staff was very professional and I highly recommend Baptist health Urgent care.

Wonderful experience! Isel, RN, was very attentive and caring. The X-ray Technician was extremely helpful and very respectful. Sorry I don't remember his name. The wait time was reasonable. Very happy I chose Pine crest Urgent care....

Great service. I showed up 10-15 minutes before they closed and they still helped me flush ear wax out of my ear and got me antibiotics to treat my ear infection. Everyone there was very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend this hospital. I’d rate it 10 stars if I could.

Pre-registering with the pineapple app was a big help in saving time. All staff was nice and thorough.

My daughter had a playground incident at school that required immediate medical attention. I was hesitant to come here, but the school recommended this urgent care and it was just a few minutes away. Thankfully it was not busy upon arrival, and my daughter was admitted just a few minutes after I completed the paperwork. The staff was wonderful through the process and made it much less stressful than expected; they seemed to genuinely care. They were great with kids (and provided coloring book and crayons as well as prizes upon completion), and they really helped my daughter and I to both stay calm through the process. The nurse and doctor explained their tools and next steps to my daughter so she was prepared for discomfort and managed to stay relatively calm when her wound was being cleaned and then stapled. I'm really glad we ended up coming here instead of going to the hospital, and we're extremely appreciative of the care my daughter received.

I had not been to this Baptist urgent care location and was surprised how quick everything was. Location had easy to park access and all was clean and organized. Staff was very helpful and friendly and was able to see Doctor soon, which prescribed medicines I was able to pick up quickly.I will be recommending this location to friends.

It was a very good experience (considering that I tested positive for Covid). The several providers that I came in contact with were very professional and friendly. Treatment options were explained to me clearly. Would definitely go there again if the need arises.

No. 1 very dirtyNo. 2 wife and I saw the picking garbage without washing hands started cleaning the Coffee room areaMy Doctors nurse sent me there to get specific test done instead of going to ERNO. 3 Didn't get to see anyone in 3 hoursNo. 4 there was literally no one that came during that when we finally went back to be seen their no patients in the back.Then Doctor because she couldn't and didn't know how read the results wanted to sent me to the ER I asked her to upload everything to the portal so my Doctor and nurse could read itNo. 5 then the Doctor wrote in the notes refused treatment but sent us his home with antibiotics

I had a wonderful experience at this location. The staff from beginning to end were beyond friendly, the establishment was very clean and organized. The quality of the care I received was top notch and I was attended to in a timely manner. The front desk attendant was very warm and provided a wonderful first impression. The nurses and the doctor were very professional, nurturing and informative. I will be recommending this urgent care facility to other people.

Nurses were super helpful and efficient with their time in examination rooms Had an x-ray for broken finger. Was in and out of facility in 1 hour 15 minutes including receiving medicines in lobby machine.Good work Baptist

I received an expedited excellent treatment and service from all the Staff and medical professionals. Everything was geared to attend to the needs of the patient and to his treatment and directions. Very impressed.

Doctor on duty had very poor bad side manners. Did not assess my daughter completely & did not discuss or explain her issue. Nurse and front desk staff were excellent! Left there and took my daughter to Nicklaus urgent care to properly be treated and started on antibiotics.
