The girl at the reception desk was impressive! She was such a great multitasker with everything that was going on….the nurse and doctor were great . We were treated quickly and efficiently.

It was a great experience. I was taken back to the examining room without much of a wait and attended to quicklyThe Dr requested an xray and 10 minutes layer it was confirmed I had pneumonia. The staff was very professional and I highly recommend Baptist health Urgent care.

Wonderful experience! Isel, RN, was very attentive and caring. The X-ray Technician was extremely helpful and very respectful. Sorry I don't remember his name. The wait time was reasonable. Very happy I chose Pine crest Urgent care....
