I would not recommend Truist Bank even to my worst enemy. Their customer service is a total disaster, especially thanks to Yanet, who seems to have been trained to make your problems even worse. If you enjoy frustration and incompetence, this bank is perfect for you.

WORST WORST WORST BANK I’VE EVER HAD. THEY HELD MY CHECK DEPOSIT FOR 10 DAYS WITHOUT EXPLANATION. RUINED MY CREDIT AND PUT ME IN DEBT. STAY AWAY!!

Bankers are laughing with customers taking certain people in front of others no privacy with there screens and customers information and talking up a storm the only people working are the tellers and the guy cleaning the floors and I'm sad to say this being a Hispanic but spanish people do not know how to be professional even in a financial institution

This branch has team members that do not want to help.We went on a Saturday because we needed help fixing a mistake the bank made and waited to be helped by a banker for 20 minutes just to be yelled at that they couldn’t helped us. The banker didn’t even had the courtesy to call us in her desk and hear us out. She just shouted in the middle of the lobby for everyone to hear and immediately shut us down and told us to call an automated phone number. That what we needed they didn’t do at these branch. My complaint is that even if that is true the banker could’ve taken the time to hear our request and be more profesional about it especially since we are trying to get a mistake that was done by the bank. When we asked for the manager she basically told us that of course but that we were going to waist our time because the manager will tell us the same thing and that they closed at 1 on Saturday’s. We left to another branch just because it was obvious that no matter what they didn’t want to help us. Its a shame that bank institution have employees that act this way.

Is there anything less than a 1 Star? Service at this branch is horrendous. 35 minutes on the phone trying to speak to anyone at this location. Had to get in my car and personally show up and even then it took me 15 minutes for someone to help me honestly this branch and their service is terrible. I don’t recommend anyone to bank at this location.

Terrible customer support- I transferred funds three times from chase bank- my account was frozen for more than 3 hours causing me te remain stranded with no availability of funds - consumers beware!!!!

Don't bank with Truist. Worst customer service you can imagine. SunTrust was a fantastic bank until this merger with Truist.

THIS IS THE WORST BANK EVER AND THE GUY WHO HELPED ME HAD NO CLUE WHAT HE WAS DOING!!! ACTUALLY NOONE THERE HAD A CLUE NOW THAT IT IS TRUIST THEY WILL BE LOSING A LOT OF CUSTOMERS!!! THE GUY HANIEL MARADIAGA GAVE ME HIS DIRECT NUMBER ! WHAT A JOKE OF COURSE BECAUSE FOR ONE HOUR NOONE ANSWERED. HE SHOULD BE FIRED AND SO SHOULD EVERYONE AT THAT BANK. I HAVE BEEN WITH SUNTRUST FOR 20 YEARS AND NEVER HAD A PROBLEM. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I like SunTrust and truly never needed much from them just hold the money and the rest I do with E-Checks but now that they have change to TRUIST its a disaster the application on the phone never works and the lines at the teller are long. Will be changing to City Bank next door
