“Clean The Cargo Van, there was sand and dirt on floor and seats and throughout the van, not too dirty, still good enough to rent. The horn doesn't work, I press the horn just to do full inspection, and it didn't work. The vehicle needs a Oil Change, and windshield wiper fluid. But as far as what I needed it for, it worked well so other than the uncleanliness, I'm satisfied!”

The gentleman was very helpful and knowledgeable, he even helped me save a few bucks by suggesting different equipment than the one I had reserved and it worked out perfectly. The location has plenty of trucks and trailers to choose from, its on a main street in Miami (Calle 8) and has easy access to mayor highways (Turnpike and Dolphin Expressway).”

“Pick up was good drop off was good. Different fees and cost after the initial payment of $57 to $150 it's a lot.. I think it's a company thing. That why the guys rent the truck and starts one place in the corner and sell. There was no break down if the fees either.”

“U hall company is great .we had an issue with this location where they added the miles from 15 to 70 and they charged gas even though we had filled it to the same exact amount as when we took it. But customer service did refund it after long phone conversation. So I say take pictures of miles and gas before you drive out of their parking and compare it to the paper they gave you. Keep Track and evidence of miles you drive and gas you fill.”

Willie the manager, made sure i was able to get my u-box in record time and went out of this way to find a rental truck for me when it appeared they were all rented out.
