Yesterday, was my first time at this location. I have been with Metropcs for over 15 years. I was happy with customer service and knowledge of sale rep Andy.

Very terrible, the service agents do not serve you well, they do not give you plan options, they are simply not interested and they let the customer go.

This location always have a line for service however today's visit was about 15-20 minutes 2 customers ahead of me satisfied
