Gate locked on Sunday at 1 PM- checked website and said they were open. There was a maroone SUV parked. Called the number no pick up. Completely unreliable waste of time .

Went on a Tuesday afternoon at 3pm and was told it was close even though there was a person in there website says it's open till 5:30pm what's the purpose of having this trucks if they don't want to work just do salvation army nicer and more helpful than this company

The lady who was taking in items was extremely overweight which in turn kept her from helping to bring my bags UP to the height of the truck.Unless!
