No one answers the drive thru. Very slow ......Bad customer service. The only one that resolve issues problems concerns is Katheryn.

My wife has an account with City National that we are trying to access but City National is non responsive. We've left two voicemails a day for three business days. Very unprofessional!

Horrible customer service. The drive through takes forever and once they attend to you they leave the window and take forever to come back. They even attend another car that came after me. The older woman that’s always there always has a bad attitude. Worst bank ever.
