My experience with this bank really corresponds to the Google rating, 2.8. I will update as soon as I finish the difficult process that, INCREDIBLY, it has meant for me to open a Citibank account.

The customer service here is terrible! It is also impossible to reach someone by phone.

Very incompetent. Told us that all of Citi banks wiring systems are down. Called the corporate number and a different branch to actually complete a transaction. Three members at this establishment could not get it together or didn't know what to do
