The worse bank ever! They told me to come back in 1 hour because THE TELLER was having lunch! bad customer service and horrible attitude torch the customers. I am closing 2 accounts and closing 4 credit cards. Manager very rude!

There is more effort in sending clients away than actually servicing their needs. There is poor product knowledge. The branch manager Tatiana is lacking management training to service clients. Overall the attitude is that you are bothering them and they are too busy to help.

The new tellers look like a Great Team!! I havent been able to deposit in the New DriveThru ATM for the entire day today. I dont get it. Its supposed to be a New machine.
