This bank has the worse service of all Chase banks I've been to. Over 10 years banking with Chase by the way. Very rude, lazy and disrespectful! I noticed I am not alone. Crazy that Chase has not handled these issues. I will reach out to regional and beyond to make sure this neighborhood Chase improves.
