Again, no one to noterize a document. Third time this occurs. Same sorry at the 8street branch also.

This bank has the worse service of all Chase banks I've been to. Over 10 years banking with Chase by the way. Very rude, lazy and disrespectful! I noticed I am not alone. Crazy that Chase has not handled these issues. I will reach out to regional and beyond to make sure this neighborhood Chase improves.

They really need more people working at the branch! It’s a ghost town in there with a line of 10 people, all with individual needs. There are Only 2 people are in the branch working (one teller and one private client employee). COVID is over, bank branch employees need to come back to the branch!
