Piss poor attention to past customers. Phone operators hang up when wanting to speak to Finance Managers. My car was involved in a total loss and they show absolutely no support when only they have the power to help, in one word run and don't look back!

Leased a vehicle from Braman BMW several weeks ago. Mr. Jorge Velasco was very friendly and guided me through the process addressing all of my concerns and questions. He was attentive, and even helped me transfer all of my belongings from my old vehicle to the new one. I will visit again when leasing my next BMW.

Bad. Thieves.horrible customer service. Allan Velez is the biggest piece of work and his little maid Howard Beger. Paid for window tinting among other things were not completed. STAY AWAY FORM THIS SHIT. Unprofessional a-holes
