Horrible service with attitudes, can’t help solve my problems.

THIS IS THE WORST BANK I HAVE EVER KNOWN THE MANAGER IS USELESS FOR NOTHING SHE IS A BAD MANAGER SO HAVING PEOPLE WORKING IN A BANK THEY DIDN'T HELP ME AT ALL VERY BAD ATTENTION DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME GOING HERE

I see a lot of negative reviews from almost 4 years ago about the same issue, yet it still exists the long lines, short staff. Are you guys going to do about it or you just seeing how many negative reviews you can get, because if it wasn't for my company using this bank I would NEVER come back here!
