Waited in line for 30 mins before I just gave uop and walked out. Horrible service.

I got to open an account (already being a Bank of America customer) with half an hour left before closing, and an employee with glasses, very poorly dressed, told me that, due to the time, it was IMPOSSIBLE to carry out the procedure... can someone do something about it please?

Horrible the service, without staff!!!!, horrible!!!! 1 window open. All reviews are negatives and no solve the problem, just apologize, apologize, bla, bla, bla
