AVOID THIS LOCATION, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I've been staying HOUR in line just to get cash from operator once I came to the window lady said "the machine doesn't work, someone took it for repair"

Worst customer service ever! 2 tellers for 20 ppl :( been waiting here for 30 mins now. After asking the manager Maggie to open more tellers, her response is: thats what i have! Not even an apology! Wow! Only banks can operate like that! Hire more ppl!!!

Line of 31 people, 2 tellers Ive Been here 30 min and Only 2 people passed. Hire people. At chase when lines get huge they open more teller stations and they get bankers to open temporarily. This sucks right now and lots of upset people in line.
