“I had taken my previous cars to Southern Auto for some minor paint jobs. Recently I had a car back up into my M4 and damage the passenger headlight and crack the bumper.
I am not one to write reviews BUT I need to review Southern Auto. I took the car to Southern Auto and the way Michael treated me was beyond words. He made me feel like family. He is so courteous, polite and professional. Then I met his dad who also works there and the service they provide is awesome.
I went just to talk about what needed to be done and I ended up leaving the car and his dad brought me home. Michael’s wife was the one dealing with the insurance company. She is extremely professional and courteous.
They all work for you and make sure you get what your are entitled to from the insurance company. The insurance company wanted to replace the lights with used lights and twice Michael and his dad rejected the lights because they found damage to the lights and eventually made the insurance company approve a new light.
Michael took every step to make the car look like it was ready for a show. The job was AMAZING. The paint looked awesome.
They love what they do and look out for the customer. Customer is #1 for them and it shows.

“So I had a fender bender at the end of August and as you know it’s a nightmare to have to deal with the insurance and the inconvenience of being without your vehicle but in my past experiences the worst part is dealing with the repairs and the lack of communication with the body shop. Well let me tell you that I have found the shop I will be using and recommending to all my friends and family. CCMD. Is the absolute best shop I’ve ever worked with. They were prompt and professional but most importantly Honest. My adviser Devon was on point from the start, he was incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, considerate with my time and honest. He always answered my calls or responded within minutes. He would call me to update me without me having to call over and over. The guys that worked on my car were skilled and did everything they could to get it done quickly and correctly. The entire staff was friendly attentive and always made me feel like I was important.
