“A USPS Location That Truly Deserves 5 Stars
I typically never write reviews, but this USPS location absolutely earned it. As someone who runs an e-commerce business and ships packages almost daily, I’ve been to more post offices than I can count and I can confidently say this one stands out in the best way possible.
The staff here are incredibly knowledgeable, efficient, and quick. They clearly know what they’re doing and keep the line moving, even during busy hours. But what really makes this place different is how nice and helpful everyone is. That kind of service is rare at a USPS, and it makes a huge difference when you’re here all the time.
If you rely on USPS for business or just need to drop something off, this location is a gem. I’m grateful to have them in my neighborhood”

“Well...my experience today was perfect. I had to send a package to my sister in Canada and all went well. The place is clean. One of the ladies behind the counter help me choose the right box and the right form to fill out. They lend me pen and tape. Tashara was very professional too. “I’ll preface this by saying I was a little nervous about coming to this location after reading the reviews. However, I needed to mail a pkg. I walked in and was immediately greeted by two employees with big smiles. They were both so kind and helpful. We laughed and talked and it felt like being in my post office in my home town in NY where I know everyone. Seriously, I think people don’t often take the time to write the good review or to praise the ones who genuinely go above and beyond with customer service. These two need to know what a positive difference they’re making! It means so much, thank you!”
“Every negative review for this office is crazy. If you’re late for a passport appointments, for ANY appointment you would have to reschedule especially at USCIS. Your documents not ready? Get to the back of the line until they are. Having a problem purchasing tape? THIS IS A BUSINESS. Their job is to make money! Nothing is free!
It’s sad how many illiterate people make reviews because they are told a company policy or say “We pay your salary”. The post Office has policies, and just like any other place some follow it and some don’t. Do your research Post Office pays their employees unlike most government jobs. I’ve had plenty of interactions with Shunda and Agnes and she follows the rules.
I love this office. And it’s a shame how many people get upset because you can’t have your way.”
“We show up to get a passport renewal and Teri was very helpful, she was very kind and very professional, we were in and out in less than 15 minutes, very nice and clean place, worth the 45 minutes drive to this office. Keep it up guys!”
“I was recommended by a staff member who worked at another post office and to avoid the other ones in the area. Afterwards, I decided to check it out when I was in the Ojus area. The majority of the staff is very friendly. This is now second go-to USPS location (even if it's a little further away) in case my usual one is closed.”

“I don't understand why there are so many negative comments. I go to this USPS at least twice a day and the man who works there is incredibly friendly and has a lot of experience. I have never had a negative experience here and I have been going for more than 3 months.”
“The five stars is for Scarlett who’s always super professional and hard working. The rest of the employees here seem to have taken the pop copy training manual from the Chappelle Show literally. I don’t entirely blame em’ cause USPS should hire more staff and provide adequate breaks and down time for their staff. But dang don’t take it out on the innocent clients talk to your superiors about more pay and breaks etc…”

“Suggest you ignore the 1-star reviews from people who were annoyed that this is a retail post office. The USPS web site could probably be clearer, but that's not this location's fault.The location is a 5-star package center, where you can pick up packages that are being held or couldn't be delivered. In my case, my wife sent a surprise care package that was accidentally marked for being returned to her. Thanks to the efforts of Miss Ross at this location, the package was redirected back to me, much to my wife's delight.Knowing how much this meant to my wife, Miss Ross went above and beyond to give me daily updates until delivery was certain. Hats off to her! ??”
“This place has its ups and downs but here are the facts. I read these reviews and not one person works at the postal facility. People complain about passports but on the website it does mention that there is limited availability when you click to book an appointment and even when you read on the postal website. Some individuals have nothing better to do other than write negative comments. I do understand it's freedom of speech and etc. But it's ridiculous when somethings aren't even true. These reviews about closing,finger prints and etc.. is it safe to say that a location needs more people but aren't receiving the help, two, lots of people will write reviews and never tell you honesty.”

“This is my local post office and I've used them for everything from prepaid returns to buying stamps to sending international packages to money orders. Usually very little wait time, and friendly interactions with the experienced and efficient staff. It's so convenient and pleasant (unusually so by Miami customer service standards) that I'm honestly afraid DeJoy will shut this location down. Treat the staff with kindness and respect and it will be reciprocated!”
“They should put more staff to work and the correspondence that is in the pioboxes cannot be picked up outside of post office hours. It doesn't seem good to me since I am paid for my correspondence and I can pick it up when I return from work. That is my opinion.”

“I visited this post office on May 6, 2025 to send a package home to Saudi Arabia, and Micheal made everything effortless. He welcomed me right away, walked me through the best shipping options, helped with the customs paperwork, and double checked that my box was secure before sealing it up. Thanks to his patience and expertise, my package was ready to go in no time. If you need friendly, knowledgeable assistance especially for international shipments Ask for Micheal. He’s a real asset to this location!”
“I'm surprised this place has a 2.0 rating. The supervisor there looks serious but shes respectful and very helpful. Along with her employees. Service is A1. Besides it being my local post office , I enjoy coming here. Ratings on here are not accurate . Convenient and fast . 5 stars!”

“I visited this post office on a Friday around 1 pm and was pleasantly surprised by the warm welcome I received.
While the location might be a bit challenging to find initially due to inadequate signage, once you arrive, the staff more than makes up for it with their exceptional customer service.
I am puzzled by the negative reviews; perhaps those experiences were influenced by the attitude of the customers. (You get back what you put out there)
I highly recommend this post office location to anyone in the area.”
