“Shopped at this location 11/7/24. I was doing a refund/with receipt on 11/11/24.for one item I had purchased. and the gentleman cashier was apparently new and not adept as to the refund policie(s). Anyhoo thank God for Super Customer Service /cashier overheard the conversation while servicing customers for their purchases. She gently explained to the new guy dot. dot. dot. With Amber's assistance my problem was resolved. She was professional, extremely courteous,attentive, she multi-tasked and gently educated the new gentleman on the register procedures. Awesome Gal!That Amber. Raise or Promotion! Stat!”
