Special recognition to my beautiful fairies Carla, Milagro and Tia you girls were extraordinary! You girls are very well experienced in hosting a party, I didn’t have to move a finger! Also special recognition to our event coordinator Tassie thank you for all your help and assistance. And to the wonderful manager Priscila for being so sweet and Helpful and for answering all questions in such a prompt manner. Will definitely recommend you guys to others and we will come back soon! “Located in Pembroke Lakes Mall, this JCPenney's is better than I remember it being in the past. Came in because I had a gift card that was literally a year and a half old. Why hadn't I gone in before, honestly cause JCP hadn't been that great the times before- nothing was pulling me in. Figured it was the holidays and maybe I could find something to finally use my gift card on. I was pleasantly surprised to find the store well stocked, full of variety (clothes, jewelry, make up, gift, holiday decor, shoes, etc), lines were average but moving, and generally just bright and pleasant. Some staff was a little less than welcoming (maybe over the holiday season) and some of the style of things was a bit dated for me but overall, I'd venture back in to this JCP again in the near future.”

“We really like the clothes from Old Navy because they’re cute, comfy, and also durable!This location keeps the merchandise in order and well-organized throughout the store, throughout the day. It’s been “all hands on deck” on my visits.On this visit, an associate was extremely helpful in not just pointing me in the right direction, but she walked me over and helped me pick coordinating outfits.I think I’ll be shopping here throughout the summer! Why here? Because their customer service is unmatched!”

“been my family's go to place for quality clothes for our child. When they have good sales, which is pretty often, we make sure to stock up on everything we need. It's not the only place we get clothes, but its by far the most well made and long lasting things in the wardrobe”

“Athleta has a beautiful selection of workout attire. It's like the less expensive version of Lululemon without the quality compromise. They have clothing for women and children. I love the vast selection offered and the colors are beautiful. So crazy how workout attire has become just a big craze! But then again, if I could live in workout attire, I probably would. Athleta is located smack dab in the middle of The Shops at Pembroke Gardens. You can find Athleta next to the new Kendra Scott and across from Victoria's Secret. It's quite a large store and everything is laid out so nicely. Check them out.”

“The Associates in the store have always been really courteous and helpful when I shop here. This is a large Tillys that has a good selection of clothing. Today it was hot as balls in that store. I was standing near the back looking at the clothes rack and I can feel straight up hot "oven like" air blowing down on me from the vent above. Please fix that!”

“Hello, I am writing this review after helping a friend Mary. She returned clothes for her granddaughter, the store gave her a credit, so she decided to use it online. We shopped online however, the order wouldn't go through. After several attempts on our own and utilizing the online support center it didn't work. So the online support suggested for us to go into the store. Mary went into the store. The sales associate Cassandra spoke with me on the phone and helped Mary with the entire online purchase. She even opened an account with the store primarily because how supportive Cassandra assisted her. Special thank you to the company for helping Mary. Sometimes this online stuff is to overwhelming and your sales associate demonstrated compassion that day!”

“My go to location as there is so much more to do in the plaza.This location is always clean and clothes neatly stocked. Staff is always nice and welcoming. I can always find a great variety of clothing for my son. However, today was my first time looking for pajamas and I could not find any for big boys. But I later learned that they were on the Carter’s side, although they didn’t have any either. I’m not sure if it’s because they don’t sell them in the store or what.Since COVID, they have implemented safety measures. A mask is required upon entry and they even have hand sanitizer for use.Great location and will continue to come.”
