I have been in customer service for over 25 years and I rarely see or meet someone with his kindness even in my field. “6/29/24 excellent. Easy to park. Clean store. Employee Alberto M was very very helpful. I needed wiper blades. I looked at the huge variety, then went to the cashier. He walked me back over, showed me I could buy just the passenger side blade. I bought it. Alberto was very knowledgeable, friendly yet professional, and even came outside to put it on.”

“Did a great job on my car, just bad communication skills. That is why I took away a star. Don't trust what they say even if they wrote it on paper. Let me clarify, they did an awesome job on my car, but I was leaving town that week and asked them to finish the job beforehand (the employee wrote it on the paper in front of me). I dropped the car on Mon, and asked to pick it up on Wednesday and when I called on Wed they told me they didn't even start come Fri, but I was leaving thru with the car. So I told them to forget it I was going to pick it up as is, they don't have to even start on it. They said okay, then a minute later they called me back and said they will start on it today (Wed) and it will be ready for pickup tomorrow (Thu). On Thu I called them and another guy says it hasn't been painted yet, but it is being painted as we speak. Safe to say, I had no choice but to pick it up on Friday and lost a whole day traveling. But again great job on the painting.”
“I was in the store yesterday. I had a problem with my transmission. A girl quickly stopped what she was doing to help me, she scanned my car and told me the engine codes for my vehicle, when I wasn't sure about that part she came forward and spoke to a manager and they helped me resolve my issue.. Excellent service, I hope to see these employees in the future.”

Two of them were still talking and one had a tell the guy to move so he could get to the register. They did ask if I wanted a bag which I thought was good because most people just throw the bags away”

“Yolanda was amazing!!! We live in Tennessee and found the Odyssey cert pre-owned we wanted and the dealership was no gimmicks or added fees other than the stated dealer fee. I appreciated that they didn't do the bait and switch with the price. And Yolanda worked with us everyday to make sure the car was ready and all the paperwork was ready when we flew down. It was a Saturday and the dealership was crazy busy, but Yolanda made sure we were comfortable and got us through everything as quick as possible. Our finance person was very detailed and thorough and had most of the paperwork ready when we got to him. Everybody at the dealership was friendly and helpful. We can't brag on Yolanda enough!!!”
