Aleks took care of us so well and even stayed late to serve us. The Betsy certainly was a great choice for my first visit to Miami. The combination of service and quality of food made it extra special.

Would highly recommend staying at The Betsy South Beach. From start to finish it was a wonderful experience. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. The rooms gave a luxury boutique feel that we were looking for. Would also highly recommend checking out their 7:30 AM yoga on the roof.

Love the hotel. Always stay there when we go to SOuth Beach. Pet friendly, our dog is always with us. Great service and food. Bell man Huan is amazing!
