The customer service of this bank deserves 0 Stars! These employees are not familiarized with their job. The lady on the front of the door is insane, she has to call another employee (who has person on the desk) to ask questions I'm doing. I went yesterday to see if I can add money to my CD, and he said yes. I went today with 6,000 dollars and this guy is said: it's you again with the same thing? WTF? How an employee of a bank can be sooooo unprofessional????? I don't want to have any CD in this location! I'm coming tomorrow to get my money and put it in another one! I will get the names of the employees tomorrow! Oh yeah!

Deplorable customer appreciation. Tellers try to get customers to open credit card accounts while customers wait in-line for teller services. We could be waiting 15+ minute for teller service and instead of the teller recognizing their waiting customers - they will instead try to open a credit card account with an unwilling customer. Also - one of this branch's employees recently moved to another branch - and he started calling me to notify of this change - I DO NOT EVEN REMEMBER WHO HE IS! I told him to stop calling me and now, all of sudden, my citi accounts are all screwed up. My credit card account is no longer linked to my bank account so I can't make a payment and I can't even login to my bank account - so now I have to go to the bank to get this sorted out (I guess they will force your attention one way or another). And I have tried to call for citibank assistance - but citibank has outsourced some of their calls to a foreign country with people who do not speak English well - only adding to the frustration! This bank, and specifically THIS BRANCH, has some VERY SHADY BUSINESS PRACTICES!

Customer service from the agent Hazel Aguilar is not the number one priority, not welcoming from the beginning and not very informative. Rude answers. I like Citibank a lot but this time was not a good experience.

Love Citibank. It's good that Citibank chose a location not too far from all the tourist spots because it makes it especially convenient when you need to withdraw money from the ATM machine. Honestly, their banking hours do not matter because their ATM machines are just as good, if not better than actually going in and interacting with a bank teller. It's faster, that's for sure. We didn't wait a second at this Citibank branch.
