“I have always used Bank of America. But, lately they have been lacking in service in store and on the phone. So i decided it was time to get a new bank. After much online research and consideration. I decided on Citibank, I came to this location to open my account. Now i realize I could have done it online, but that would not tell me how the service at the bank itself is. The lady that helped me open my account was so nice and helpful with everything. She answered all of my questions about the accounts they offer. She in detail explained to me the best and easiest ways to avoid the monthly fee of only 10 dollars. I have stopped into many other branches aside from this one and everyone is so nice to me. I calling the customer service is a pleasure not like with Bank of America. I call and the hold is so much shorter. I am very satisfied with this choice in bank so far. Also they have ATMs in so many places, Publix, gas stations and malls. Very convenient!”

Compared to my previous bank (WELLS Fargo), the parking situation was a big improvement. The wait for a teller at lunch time on a weekday was not bad- under 10 minutes. The location in Medley is very convenient, easily accessible from Doral, the Springs, and Hialeah. The seating area where I waited for a few minutes to talk with the manager was clean and comfortable. While I was waiting two associates approached to see if I needed help. All-in-all, a pleasant banking experience; no complaints at all. My only wish is that this branch were opened on Saturdays. Without that, I'll have to bank at another branch if needed on weekends.”
