I did give 4 stars just for the fact that I never was able to speak directly with the vet and we kept having to fight worms even after 5 medications for different types! That is honestly the only problem I've ever had. The customer service was great which is hard to come by now and we never had to wait long periods of time for an appointment and they were more than happy to answer the phone and help with any questions!!
