“How do I even begin to review this magnificent person named Ashley. I bought a 3 ½ pound malthese from her on 12/2/23, and my entire experience from the moment I stepped into her shop until today has been extremely pleasant. There were two other people in her shop that bought puppies and she patiently took care of all of us at the same time and did so with dignity. She was not rushing me to decide which malthese to purchase, as there were two that caught my attention. She took care of her three clients in a very respectful manner and answered all my questions. She made me feel as I was the only person in her shop. She took the time to explain every aspect of taking care of my Gigi as she was only 11 weeks old. She is very knowledgeable, charismatic, honest, and very down-to-earth.She sends us home with a care/kit, which included a pet carrier (approved by airlines), a blanket, food, hair bows, and a puppy shopping list.Ashley deeply cares about her puppies after the purchase (this is not just a business for her ) as she follows up with you from the moment you get home with your puppy and continues texting and asking you how things are going with your puppy for many weeks thereafter.I highly recommend buying a puppy from Ashley, you won’t regret it…Ashley, thank you so much for caring so deeply not only for the well-being of your clients but also for your puppies. “Berkeley’s Groomer Anna is the best! She takes extra care in doing Berkeley’s nails with care and kindness. Our dog used to be scared of the groomer but she’s always excited to see Anna. The front office staff has improved a lot they are friendly and attentive now. Overall a great experience for getting our dogs nails cut. We have not used any other service yet because our dog is very low maintenance.”
“Fluff loved her day at the spa. She met new furry friends to spend the day playing with as this is a no cage shop. Her hair cut is marvelous, exactly what I asked for. As a note, expect that your dog will be spending the day, drop off between 8-9am and pickup later afternoon. Get your shopping done, go to lunch knowing your pup is having a blast socializing with the other dogs and getting a great hair do.”

“Just got a beautiful mini longhaired dachshund. The minute we got home he immediately went to the puppy pads we had down. Heavenly puppies does such an amazing job training the puppies so by the time they get home they already know what’s going on. Definitely the most well trained puppy I have ever met. You can tell the minute you talk to Kevin that he only wants what’s best for these puppies. If you are thinking about adding another member to your family I highly recommend finding a puppy to love with Kevin at heavenly puppies.”

“Sinus help has done wonders for my Otis. He is Bernese mountain dog and Great Pyrenees. He is 9 and has terrible allergies that end up in sinus infection. He wheezed, full of mucous. Sneezing. I give him sinus help and he breathes so good and the thick mucous is resolved. It has truly helped him. I give it to him until he feels better then I stop. I always have it on hand. I ordered the cold remedy as well have not tried that yet. So thankful that I found this for my Otis.”
“It was a cool new experience, they offer Self-Wash stations for your pets! Took our Pebbles there for a premium wash, Michael was super cool and helpful with everything, got us the shampoos, conditioner and Blueberry face wash which I always seen on TikTok ?. When we were all done, we were able to return everything to him and he even saw off Pebbles! Will rebook again!!”
