“We always use this T-Mobile location. Saturday my husband and I went in to get new Iphone 15's. Knoah helped up by describing the difference between the 14 and 15. It was close to closing time but he helped get our phone transfer started. He was very helpful, friendly and efficient as other customers came in late. Five star service from Knoah!”

“The service person Tyler was more than a technician today. He brought an honesty about himself which he shared and we had a human experience that doesn't happen enough in today's world. He's a young hardworking guy and a real person. My friend Al was here at the time and we both remarked to each other that thought after he left. My neighbor stopped by and immediately recognized him from another community even. Seems this fellow is all over the place working and people take notice. Oh and by the way he found the problem (a broken line in a super tight confined spot) and had it fixed in way less the time expected as I saw the difficulty in the line being originally installed at that location at my insistence.”

“I went to this store on 6/15 and I was greeted by JOVHANY B. The store was busy and I asked him how long was the wait, he was honest and provided the answer quickly with lots of confidence behind it.
I want to say that he did an amazing job. His customer service was excellent. He knows what he is doing and provided me with all the answers. He even helped set up my Netflix account.
I am very big on customer because that is what I do and when someone can take the time with you and explain small details it goes along way.

“I went in without appointment on a weekend to upgrade my old iPhone 13 pro to 15 pro max. All my questions were answered about the device, payment options, account, and transferring over data from old phone to new one. I was assisted with finding the right case too. I felt no pressure to buy anything I didn't want or need, the perfect amount of service. With the exception of data transfer to backup to iCloud before trading in my old phone (beyond Verizon's control ofc), the process was quick and I was out the door with a new iPhone 15 pro max in the color I wanted with the perfect case and most of my data/settings in tact in under two hours. Would defiantly recommend this location.”

“My girlfriend and I recently got new iphones. I called and spoke with Nelson, the store manager. We had some questions and needed their help. Nelson said come on in and we will help you. When we came in, Nelson said that Jared will help us. He was very approachable, friendly, considerate and helped us with all of our questions. At one point he became busy with another customer so Richard helped us both and again he was very approachable, friendly, considerate and answered all of our questions. A few days after we had some more questions and Nelson said to come on in. When we arrived a gentleman named Raheem helped us. Boy, let me tell you, this staff is wonderful. Raheem helped us with all of our questions and concerns. These guys are super. My girlfriend and I appreciated all that you all did for us.”
“As a longtime boost customer, I have NEVER had trouble with phones or service itself. I also have run into a LOT of trouble with surrounding stores near Hollywood. I came to this location and I was impressed instantly!! The 2 ladies at the store not only took care of me but was honest with me about my plan options and got my to where I needed to be to fit my needs. Both women worked together to provide me excellent service. I was nervous at first because other stores have been super rude or cons. I recommend this store if you want to be treated right and with respect! As long as this store stands with these ladies, I will bring my business here!!!”

“GENEVA IS A SUPERSTAR! I am a Real customer not friend-got me out from Verizon that evil awful company lol now I’m with a really good company that I’ve wanted to do business with. She made everything so easy and gave me a military discount and got me Hulu, Apple TV and Netflix all included in my $85 a month fee. Verizon was charging me $151 for a very long time and then recently when I switched my data plan, they tried to charge me for a piece of equipment that they gave me as part of my initial package so last month with Verizon I spent $600 to use my phone. More than my car payment. So I’m very happy with Geneva. She’s an amazing employee. Whoever is hiring here doing a great job you should give her a promotion and raise lol otherwise I’m gonna try to steal her for my company ha ha ha .”

“Top notch. It can get busy in there but you’re never ignored/forgotten unlike every other mobile carrier I’ve come across,
I’m a new customer, I went in there twice to ask questions before making the leap from my carrier. When I decided to change carrier I went back to the store; very helpful, no cheesy upselling or bait n switches. They were happy to help me provision my new phone, watch & line. Polite, v knowledgeable and v professional.
A few weeks in I noticed my billing was off. Something went wrong during my initial account setup. Had to go back…..the service agent did some quick math and saw there was something potentially v wrong w my account. Rather than shrug me off, give lame excuses, he acknowledged the error and quite happily went and spoke to the manager. Mgr took over from there, he did some digging, discovered two issues like I was set up under the wrong code, called their Corp T-Mobile agent, everything was fixed. In and out within 40 mins.
