“After 30+ years with another big cell phone provider, my wife and I decided to check out Xfinity. We made an appointment and after reading some horror stories about service we were prepared for an ordeal. Approximately 5 minutes after we arrived ( a little early) we were introduced to Katherine. She was far and away the best customer service I have dealt with in many years. She was incredibly knowledgeable, infinitely patient with a couple of us old folks, and overall a pleasure to deal with. I have never posted a review before but I really felt that Katherine deserved recognition. We switched everything to xfinity and hopefully she is representative of the company.
