“I had an amazing experience at this store! Joe was incredibly funny and the store manager, Dominique was so helpful and informative. I felt like what I needed was the most important item. They weren't pushy salesmen like other places. I was telling them about a hike I had done and how a copperhead almost bit me. I had given my phone to my wife because her had died. The situation could have been really bad. They suggested I get a watch in case I had to go without a phone again. It was an awesome experience and I couldn't recommend Joe and Dominique more!”

“DEAL TIME AT XFINITY.$35 monthly (75 mbps) instead of $50 monthly so long as you let them debit your checking account for a $10 monthly savings. That's $180 in annual savings. Not bad at all. Promotion is good for a year, and then goes up a little, but sales rep said to just come back in a year when that happens and they'd probably have a new promotion.We were paying $50 monthly for equipment rental and 75 mbps speed. Switched to T-Mobile hotspot internet for $40 monthly and was disappointed with performance. Picture would just drop or digitize or whatever. Taking their equipment back today.Previous review:Store personnel were happy to see me even though I came to return my wifi equipment. There were 5 of them and I was the only customer. They were all very pleasant and helpful. Nice store and nice folks. I explained that I switched to T-Mobile because I was in their coverage area and it was $40 per month as opposed to $50 with XFINITY. The T-Mobile wifi is just a giant hot spot. They set it up in store, so I just took it home and plugged it in. Got a better signal than with hard-wired XFINITY modem/router. Technology keeps changing. T-Mobile has to be in their coverage area ( which is just about everywhere) and just needs power cord plugged in. I like SIMPLE.”
