“A big shout out to Todd from San Marco Ace. The consummate helpful and kind ACE representative. The job was to deliver 40 bags of sea wall stone to my house. The number of bags I should add here, was a guesstimate on my part. After arrival and introducing himself he asked where I wanted the bags stacked and mentioned that 40 seemed excessive. After looking at my sea wall he suggested that 20-25 bags would do the job. He then offered to return the remaining 15 and arrange a refund. He kept me informed of the transaction and saved my having to return to the store. I've never been disappointed with customer service from this store in the past but this gesture was a new high. Thanks go out to this gentleman.”
