He called her insurance company and answered her every question. Then the sweet manager engaged us and recognized my mother from a prior visit. I watched and listened as she calmly and with care explained options to my mother. She sympathized with her situation and came up with ideas that eventually provided all the answers she needed. Mom is getting a phone delivered tomorrow. This was on Wednesday, October 4, 2023, at the Gardens Mall. Fantastic service in a very clean and well staffed T-Mobile store.”
