“Went there with Mom today as she lost her phone in Jupiter the other day. The gentleman who helped her, I think naked Dierius, was extremely kind and helpful to my mother. He called her insurance company and answered her every question. Then the sweet manager engaged us and recognized my mother from a prior visit. I watched and listened as she calmly and with care explained options to my mother. She sympathized with her situation and came up with ideas that eventually provided all the answers she needed. Mom is getting a phone delivered tomorrow. This was on Wednesday, October 4, 2023, at the Gardens Mall. Fantastic service in a very clean and well staffed T-Mobile store.”

“***FIVE STAR!!!!!*** I went to this location based on other customer reviews & I'm very glad that I did! The store manager, Deoca & the staff Arlie, & Deetra are excellent! They really go over and above to take good care of their customers! I use to go to another location & what I found was their quality of service was inconsistent, hit or miss. I didn't like that they're not always open until closing time. Also, they're not very knowledgeable about their product. I don't want a service provider that has mostly sales clerks! What customers want is a provider that truly gives themwhat they need & does it with care & a smile! The Riviera Beach location does this, they take the time to hear you & see how they can best help you. The first time I went there, I was impressed by how each member of the team were giving their best care to the customers. Arlie was sitting at a table with a senior woman helping her with her phone and showing her some tips. Deetra was being very professional on the phone assisting someone. I came in there looking for help because my phone was acting up and Deoca did a great job helping me. It wasn't long until my phone was working again. I was also impressed by how Deoca's first response was not telling me that I needed to spend a chunk of money buying a new phone. They're very nice and friendly, and their quality of service reminds me of the old days when customers were treated like VIP's!!! It's obvious that they take their customer service seriously and are not just there to try and take your money. Thank you again everyone. I'll definitely be back there again! In fact, I plan to add another line in a few days, so I'll see you then! Keep up the great service!”
