I only had one bad experience when I called and kept getting a man on the phone from their location in south Palm Beach county. All he wanted to do was sell me on opening an annuity account. But once I walked into the branch in Palm Beach Gardens, I was taken care of by Ileana and another lady at the window. Both were very knowledgeable and quick. I was so happy that they were able to help me in every way and I ended up opening several CD accounts because they made it so easy. Their rates on CDs are the best you can get locally. Normally you can only get theses rates at online banking. Give them a try if you are looking to open a CD!!”
