“We were going back to Florida from a camping vacation in the mountains and had a blow out on way. Being unfamiliar with the area, we googled tire stores and came across Town & Country Tire services. It was after hours, so we were able to make it to the shop and we parked in the parking lot till the next morning when they opened. The next morning, they opened up shop and came out immediately to assist us. They had the tires we needed in stock and was able to get them all, we replaced 3 tires, and all were installed within an hour. Knowing that we needed to replace the tires we told them to move forward without even asking about the price. As we waited, they advised us of a nearby restaurant in case we were hungry. We decided to go to the restaurant, in walking distance and it was excellent. As we waited, we worried about the price of the tires and thought they may take advantage of us knowing we needed the tires, but to our surprise, the price was very reasonable and even lower than we thought it would be. The staff was very nice, and we appreciate all of them for having the Customer Service they provided to us, which you usually don't get anymore. I would recommend this shop to anyone. “We just had AAA Pump and Well Drilling put in a well for us. Rod Toughton is reliable and honest. The well drillers were professional and our water was clear within 3-4 hours and clean enough to drink, no sulfur or discoloration and our property is on the Suwannee River. Extremely happy with them. Also, Rod’s word is good and iff we have any unforeseen problems at all we are confident he will take care of them, You will know this the first time you meet Rod. “Hands down! One of the best experiences I’ve had. I had a blow out tire of my 5th wheel camper, dale came from his house in the middle of the night answered his phone so quickly, and came to help us. This was 2:30 in the morning, he was fast and helped accordingly, tire was changed. We were on our way happily. I tired getting the spare tire down myself to help him out, but instead I was manually opening my camper side. I heard something moving and I thought it was the tire. But it wasn’t it. After helping me with the tire we were able to buy the slide back in also. I highly recommend!!”

“Wish Rees’s was in my home town!! After my vehicle dying on I-10, my insurance company had me choose someplace to tow my vehicle on a Friday afternoon. I randomly chose Reese’s and couldn’t have made a better choice. The two police officers and the tow truck driver all said I had made a good choice before I they had even looked at the vehicle. I called and they were willing to check the car out. When I arrived, Reese met me and the crew got to work figuring out what was happening. They ordered some parts as they continued to evaluate the vehicle and got me out of there Saturday morning! I was amazed by the care they took to get things right without going overboard or overcharging me. The price was incredibly fair when other shops may have taken advantage of my situation. “I was traveling on the road when I noticed what seemed like a battery issue. The battery light indicator came on, but I recently got a new battery so I knew it wasnt the battery. The plug-in charger port wouldn't charge either. Electrical problems was becoming issue. I figured it to be the alternator.Long story short, these young fellows really helped me out! I would like to give a huge thanks to "Jock" for taking in such a late unexpected appointment for service.I would have been stranded otherwise.I highly recommend J&W for engine fixes and other important serivces. My price matching search for a new alternator installation was easily ended after seeing they had a better deal!!!
