When the transmission arrived I was contacted. I drop my vehicle off and in a matter of days my transmission was replaced. It’s only been a week or so and I am enjoying my driving experience as I did when I first purchase my hummer H2 back in 2008. I don’t know which technicians worked on my vehicle at the shop, however, they are gifted with awesome talent. “Robert is the best! My daughter and I just returned home from an impromptu trip to Florida (15+ hour drive one way). With 3 hrs remaining to get to our destination, we started experiencing issues with the truck. Stopped for the night and Powers was recommended by the motel clerk. We got up early and drove to Powers where we found Robert! Robert quickly went to work, diagnosed the problem, called for parts and had us back on the road in record time. He treated us like queens and showed and explained the problem. The cost was more than fair and Robert became our hero! Although no one wants to experience vehicle issues when traveling, it gave us the opportunity to meet a great guy, experience amazing service and intelligence and leave Lake City feeling positive and happy we got to meet Robert and the guys we interacted with at the shop. We even had Robert take a picture with us! We drove the remainder of our trip with nothing but confidence and relief that our truck failed at the perfect place. I walked in and spoke to Issac about what I wanted. He promptly directed me to the vehicle he had that best fit my request. I liked it right away. We walked back in, I told him if we could reach a deal, I'd buy it right then. He explained my needs and request to Tony. Tony was back with in 10 minutes with a single sheet of paper that had a final price. It was exactly what I needed. It was about 3 pm. I asked him if I could pick it up after 5 pm. Saved me money, and got me back on the road the same day during a trip to Florida, when I needed an alignment bad because the name brand auto shops like Tires Plus, Pep Boys, and Firestone let me down causing my tires to wear out prematurely, after I replaced my wheel bearings, tie rods, and ball joints on my Saturn two weeks earlier. This after Discount Tires in Lake City referred me to them, because their corporate policy didn't allow them to touch the bolts on my struts, which were removed and then tightened to change out my wheel bearings.”

“Dealt with the owner directly, and he is an honest man. We were in the middle of a long drive back home (9 hours to go) and stopped for a flashing check engine light. They were able to quickly determine the issue and go about fixing it (replace a single ignition coil). Sadly, his guy replaced the wrong coil. Owner offered for us to come back in and he'd fix it, but we were already an hour away. He refunded us the full amount and told us what to tell the next mechanic we bring it to for a quick fix. If we get the chance, we will definitely go back to actually be able to give him some work for his help and honesty.Service: Engine repair”

“These guys are awesome! I was stuck on the side of the road with no spare since I have 20” aftermarket rims and tires on my truck. These guys showed up with a used version of my exact same time and got me back on the road for a 5 hour road trip to hunt GA. They had everything they needed on the truck to fix me up and send me on my way. I highly recommend them. They saved my weekend for a boys trip with my son, nephew and their grandfather.”
“I just want to say I would recommend North Florida glass to absolutely anybody & everybody. Above & beyond customer service. They were kind courteous & we are no longer stressing out over a high service bill bc they are taking care of everything for us. We are so very thankful. I guess there was little leaks in windshield replaced in 10/2022 but they were in spots that were so hard to notice. We never noticed until literally a year later (now) bc it took out our windshield wipers bc it corroded the BCM overtime. Mistakes happen that’s life but they are upstanding & will make it right! We also didn’t notice until the wipers went & scheduled service when usually leaks are noticeable & get fixed before it gets this far. 10/2022 Rountree Ford sold us a truck with cracked windshield & cracked rim (we were abruptly moving north after our house fire & needed to trade to handle heavy snow…) North Florida Glass replaced our windshield then. Fast forward to now and we contacted them & told them what mechanic/service manager said & they spoke to them & are paying the service bills in full. Around $1,200 I believe for new bcm & windshield replacement. Windshield leaks can happen unfortunately it’s common but they are a wonderful family owned business and they do great service. Would recommend anyone. They were so kind & handled everything quickly. The high service bill after recently having an extremely high vet bill last month was so stressful but they really took care of us. :)”
