“We have used Lakeside for over three years. Everyone in the office is friendly and helpful. The whole place is very clean and I always feel safe. The bathrooms are clean and they have cold water in the fridge which is a great bonus on hot Florida days.”

“The facility is convenient and well laid out with easy access. But I don't like the fact that you can't access the storage after 5:00 p.m. or on Sundays. I must say customer service is excellent.”
“Used this facility while moving from single family house to apartment and "lightening ship". As I culled items, I found that I needed less storage space. The move to a smaller space was made quickly and very easily. Owner helped me enable lock to recognize my thumb print which made entry easier. Space was clean and well organized. Highly recommend.”
“The staff was very professional, helpful and ensured all safety checks were performed. I was greeted by a friendly smile and she made polite normal small talk. There are a few things that stood out to me that were exceptional about this location:
The bathroom, although accessible from outside the building was air conditioned, clean, and had quality toilet paper. It had the small touches that make a bathroom welcoming like nice hand soap. We all have to go at times, and being able to use a clean, comfortable bathroom really is one of those that says a lot about an establishment.
The staff was friendly and helpful, and really seemed to appreciate the management at the location. These are the kind of places that have the best employees.”
“If you are a Becon College student, this storage is very close from campus. You can reserve space on line and they will give you instructions to get there and how to get to your space. All super easy and the staff is super helpful. Will definitely will use them in the future!”
