“Lucky enough to get a North facing covered storage area. In the shade all day! Concrete slab so I can roll around underneath the rv for maintenance and updates. And 30 amp service to run the AC and keep the batteries charged. I think it's the best place local to the Villages.”

“My experience over the last twelve months with CubeSmart has been very favorable. I had a large 15x20 unit with a competing storage facility and a similar sized unit with CubeSmart. I got tired of seeing automatic rate increases at the other place. CubeSmart sets prices according to their occupancy rates. When they have a lot of units the rental rates actually decrease. The competition just keeps gouging me with rent increases. They figure I’ll just pay because I’m too lazy to move.”

“This is a great place! For some reason a couple people complain about the no refund policy. Solution... Then don't pay months in advance. They don't care either way it's up to you and the No Refund policy is undeniably clear and reasonable. They also go over it verbally with you so there is no confusion. Mr. Baker and Kim are always super nice and very accommodating. I highly recommend this facility. I have had multiple units for more than 3 years now. VERY Happy!!”
“The owner helps me with my U haul trucks and trailer rental. Very nice and easy to work with without having any issues.The property is several acres so it is easy to return any size trailer or truck.Of course they also have storage facilities!”

“I picked this storage facility as the grounds are clean, new and well looked after. I also wanted covered storage with access to electricity. The office staff were informative and a pleasure to talk to and answered all my questions. Pricing was competitive. Of all the storage facilities that I contacted and viewed this was by far the best in my opinion.”
