“Went in and got a paper notarized. Cost $10. Sent a couple papers out UPS ground and it cost $13.19. Bought a bubble mailer to place the papers in to ensure they stayed safe. Was only $1.75. The gentleman that helped me was efficient, and nice. I honestly messed up, and forgot to take pictures of the paperwork before sealing the mailer and handing to him b4 I walked out. Ended up having to walk back in there and ask him if there was anyway we could open it back up so I could take pictures to send to the necessary person. He had no problem helping me do that, and even carefully cut it open and taped it back up for me after I was done. Idk what the bad reviews are about. I've been here a few times and have been served by a few different employees. I've never had any issues with anyone being rude or not helping me. Was in and out in a matter of a few minutes. Will come back as needed. Especially bc this location is less than 5 min drive from my house. Thankyou to the gentleman that helped me. I appreciate you.”
“if you didn't already know where this place is you really can't find it. It is located in the back of a couple of big warehouses with signage on the northwest part of the building. No signage on the street or anything. Luckily my gps app got me mostly there and I used google maps to find out where it was beforehand, if someone were to be given the address and blindly go there they surely would be lost. Staff was friendly enough and I was given my package quickly, so there is that.”
