We started in the Tampa area, and our container was stored in Denver until our new home was ready.There was ALWAYS someone to chat with on line to get answers to my questions quickly and professionally.Our container travelled far, and was stored for over 4 months. Everything was in great shape when we unloaded it, which was a great relief. *Note-we did hire professionals (found on Thumb Tack) to load our container, and felt it was worth the investment.I would have no problem recommending Red Rover as an excellent choice for a reasonably priced move.”

“This is the best RV/Boat storage place I have found in the entire Tampa Bay area! It's well protected with cameras everywhere, a solid security gate and a high privacy fence. They also have fresh water connections on the side of each building, a dump station and compressed air with a really long hose. There's also a clean and nice bathroom that's always open, and the entire facility is also kept nice and clean. But what really tops it off is that Miles, the local manager, is a super helpful and customer service oriented guy. He will go out of his way to make sure you're happy with your rental. He has helped us out multiple times with a few requests, and not a single frown or "we can't do that". Just really easy going and helpful. So, this place has it all - great facilities and great management! I don't want the secret to get out...:)...but they deserve all the business they can get.”

“We use Tropicana to store our vehicle. The price is reasonable. Location is perfect - we fly into PIE and it's a short Lyft/Uber to Tropicana, and we're on our way!Staff is very friendly and helpful. The "normal" hours of operation are 6am - 10pm to access the gate, but if you need to come & go in the wee hours, a quick call to the staff in advance, and they'll add you to the 24 hr access list for the necessary dates.It's an outdoor parking spot, so we got a really good quality car cover. Worth it!”

“Thomas was exceptional! When I wasn't sure which of the 2 units would best fit my needs, he patiently showed me both of them and did not rush me or try to "up-sell" me. He explained how everything worked, answered all my questions, and even made sure I knew where to find the on-premises restroom! The buildings/units are super clean, well-lit, and secure. You use your gate code to get in and out, to help eliminate any opportunistic tailgaters with bad intentions. They have surveillance cameras for additional security. Pest-control services in/around the buildings is also provided. Overall, this was a surprisingly pleasant experience (thanks to Thomas!) for a task that is normally just a chore to cross off your list.”
