“Had to get a storage unit in a last minute rush, and Jessica at public storage was so helpful!!!!!! She was so kind and took the time to answer all my questions and concerns. She showed me where my unit was before she had me sign paperwork and took time to show me where flatbads and carts where that I could use. I’ve been to other storage facilities and the employees seemed like they didn’t care at all, but here Jessica was amazing. I can’t say enough nice things about her!!!!!”

“I've used this particular location for uhaul rental multiple times now since the beginning of the year and I don't have enough good things to say about this team. They're communicative, the vehicles are clean and kept in good order, service is fast and attentive, and everyone is so friendly. I rent trucks for work deliveries in the events industry on an almost weekly basis, and the quality of service here is so incredible compared to other UHAUL rental locations in the area that I'm almost embarrassed I didn't start using them sooner and don't use them as much as I can.”

“Overall, this storage facility does the job. I have used Public Storage twice now for short term storage with little to complain about.I am giving a 4/5 to the one I am currently using for two reasons:1. I was charged $20 for a lock. In the receipt, it says if you already have an approved lock, to bring that lock and get a refund. We brought the lock I purchased from Public Storage the first time. It says "Public Storage" on it. It was not approved. You now have to use a special type of lock, not a regular padlock.2. No one is ever in the office? I've tried to buy boxes a few times, during the posted working hours, but the door is locked and no one is there. Even when I call, no one answers the phone.Other than these two minor issues, I have no complaints. The pricing is fair and it's month-to-month. And in spite of not being able to speak to a human, I was able to rent my unit entirely online without any hiccups.”

“We've been parking our large camper here for about 5 years and are very pleased. Never had problems with flooding that others claim from years ago. I've gone by to check after heavy rains and the rain runs off great. Security cameras monitor 24/7. Had a freak incident a few years ago that the management pulling the security tapes to determine exactly what happened. Very reasonably priced and so nice having a dump station, plus water and electric available at every site. Lots of room to maneuver a large rig.”

“Overall PODs is an excellent choice for moving and storage. I love that you rent the POD by the month, so you can take your time packing and unpacking. PODs are in high demand to scheduling can be a bit tricky, but if you do need to pick up the phone, then the customer service in excellent. Also, the entire delivery POD system is fascinating to watch at drop off and pick up. Pro tip; the drivers take a few photos of the POD at drop off and pick up. You should too. I didn't have any issues on that account, but it's still a smart thing to do.”
