“The night before I screwed up my phone with the SIM card lock. It would not take my pin. So then it was sim card locked. So I went over to the store and I don't have the name, but he was very good and helpful and polite and patient . He fixed the phone and I was on my way back home and the phone is working fine now. “I went there 1 day for a phone planndidnt work had to return and got same agent kyle he was great he did his hardest to have me walk out that store with a phone he was amazing and another agent there was helpful think his name is Greg for Gary not sure but both were amazing multi tasking in between customers!! “My 14 year old son has a tendency to break his phone so I’m no stranger to iPhone repair shops, but this one is by far the best we have been to. The man who works there was so friendly and helpful. The service was FAST. We were in and out of there in 20 minutes. The price was unbeatable. He even put a screen protector on for us, at no extra charge! I’m so glad I found this shop! I’m sure I’ll be back and I’ll try to get others to go too! This is the kind of store that deserves business.”
“THE BEST customer service EVER! I will continue to be loyal to T-Mobile and pay my bills, as EVERY CUSTOMER is treated so well. Your feelings matter in this store, this was more than a business transaction and you are everything to T mobile as well as the human world. This IS YOUR store. You deserve to be promoted as you have so many skills. The employee was a very in shape looking Mexican male with glasses, and he helped out everyone including the white females. Corporate sent a replacement phone and with the employee's help we were able to swap them out. This employee showed great competence, and honestly, he could probably manage a French fry machine at McDonald's - if I had to guess.”

“I would give Kiera a 12 star review if that was possible. I walked into the store and Kiera totally took care of my need to purchase a new Apple watch (9 series) and add a line to my account. She checked with Kevin to see if they had it there in the store but they didn't. Wouldn't you know that shortly thereafter someone from the store just a couple of miles down the street, delivered the exact watch I wanted and then proceeded to set up the watch for me. I call that service with a smile. Very efficient, accommodating and just a wonderful experience. You can be sure that when (not IF but when) I need something else from T-mobile, I'll come back to that store looking for Kiera. Thanks for hiring good people... She'll go far... :)”

“I have an iPhone 12 that’s 3 years old. The speaker went out Sunday and couldn’t hear anything! I realized today that I had to take it for repair.
