“Today I got a screw in one of my rear tires on my BMW. I called here and the gentleman told me he could come around 2 o’clock. The gentleman texted me at 1:45 and said he was on his way and would be here in 30 minutes Arrived in that time and came and took care of my car and removed the screw from my tire and fixed it perfectly. I cannot say what a great service this is and a nice gentleman who runs this business save so much time. Yes, it’s a little bit more money but not to wait an hour and two and sitting in a waiting room waiting for your car to be done is such a convenience they have it done at your home , I will definitely use them again”

“Great service I drove 2 hour for a set of tire I got a great deal on them the owner even went out of his way to come down to the shop on Sunday they are close for business but he took care of me I will be take my lifted truck to custom wheel connection for future repair again great person and if he is this helpful I can only image the great work they do here and I work at a dealership and this the level of customer service we give our client felt really go to see another business give that quality of business”

Woman at the front desk was so nice and knowledgeable about any questions I had and she knows her cars, such a cool lady. The fact that he reach out to try to make it right is enough for me to use there services again. Sometimes customer just want to be heard and taken care of instead of being brushed off. Alex made me feel like I was heard. Thank you.Edit: 7:09pm 4/20/22 I got your response and emailed you the proof that I emailed the concern along with item order numberPretty disappointed with this experience. I’m gonna say buyer beware. Once I found the rims I really like which was also on other sites but this was the first site I found them I placed my order for 4 rims. They arrived a week later which is why I give 2 stars. However once I opened the box I can tell something was off. It wasn’t the same rim that was pictured online. I called immediately. When I was in the process of explaining the situation I didn’t even get to the biggest part and he cut me off and said let me guess we sent you the rim without the rivets. I said yes! He said well they don’t make that rim anymore so I’ll send you a shipping label to return the rims. I was really dissatisfied and disappointed I mean I live in a complete different state. This isn’t dropping off an small Amazon package. After thinking about the hassle I sent an email to the company that contained a resolution and that was about a week ago and I’ve heard nothing. Never again. Just think twice and maybe shop on other sites before commuting to this one. Once the mistake is made on there part it’ll be your burden to carry.”

“I had a nail in my side wall of my tire staff came out to check to see if nail was thru tire and to see if it was leaking air which it was. Had to purchase a new tire which was priced very reasonable staff said we will get you right in. Very prompt service reasonable priced staff very friendly.”
