“Today I got a screw in one of my rear tires on my BMW. I called here and the gentleman told me he could come around 2 o’clock. The gentleman texted me at 1:45 and said he was on his way and would be here in 30 minutes Arrived in that time and came and took care of my car and removed the screw from my tire and fixed it perfectly. I cannot say what a great service this is and a nice gentleman who runs this business save so much time. Yes, it’s a little bit more money but not to wait an hour and two and sitting in a waiting room waiting for your car to be done is such a convenience they have it done at your home , I will definitely use them again”

“I've been using Discount Tires for over ten years! I love these guys!!If you get a flat tire or a nail or need air they fix it and they carry a lot of inventory. If they don't have it, they can usually get it in right away. I needed a special size tire, called today, they ordered them got them in within 2 hours and then put them on my car 45 minutes after I arrived without an appointment! Great service, great prices, great guarantee.”

“I was headed to Walmart to have 2 tires I purchased installed when I suddenly had my spare tire blow out right in front of PBTire Pros. So I pulled in and asked if they would install the tires. Took about 1hr which was great. I watched the technician work on my car and he was awesome. Only reason Im giving 4 stars is the price. Over $100 to install 2 tires I feel is a little expensive. FYI It was more than double Walmart’s price.”

“Tires on Volvo xc90 50k miles -only 25k on cheap tires worn unevenly. Had been to dealer and saw a 3% charge for credit card purchases. Enter-online shopping at discount tire. They have everything including the Nittos I wanted since I knew they were great in rain. Applied for card-approved and saved another 5%. Their prices across the board were better on all tires. This allowed me a year to pay, hazard assurance that tire nails would be repaired no charge. Spoke with Dustin and Mark on the phone-compared all stats and they suggested Perrelli's for best performance. They spent time and cared. I had some other concerns regarding the vehicle that were also addressed. Once all was arranged on line- only there about an hour for all 4 tires. Don't know that I've ever had 4 tires replaced this quickly. Have spent 2 days in pouring rain and the tires performed better than expected. Wouldn't choose anyone else now! Thank you!!”

“Bought my 370z here to get tires changed, they were amazing and got it done quick. Woman at the front desk was so nice and knowledgeable about any questions I had and she knows her cars, such a cool lady. I never trust peoples bad reviews online because more often than not it’s the entitled customers fault thinking the customer is always right when in reality they’re not. If you want work done on your car right and to not get robbed like the dealerships do then coke here! Great work and nice people”

“There is absolutely nothing fancy about this place. It looks dirty and run down, then why the 4 stars? I needed my tires rotated on my F250 and three men went to work. They rotated the tires, checked the pressure and all was done in minutes. They also repaired a spare tire and it was fast and efficient. Thanks for all the good work. Recommended”

The fact that he reach out to try to make it right is enough for me to use there services again. Sometimes customer just want to be heard and taken care of instead of being brushed off. Thank you.Edit: 7:09pm 4/20/22 I got your response and emailed you the proof that I emailed the concern along with item order numberPretty disappointed with this experience. I’m gonna say buyer beware. Once I found the rims I really like which was also on other sites but this was the first site I found them I placed my order for 4 rims. They arrived a week later which is why I give 2 stars. However once I opened the box I can tell something was off. It wasn’t the same rim that was pictured online. I called immediately. When I was in the process of explaining the situation I didn’t even get to the biggest part and he cut me off and said let me guess we sent you the rim without the rivets. I said yes! He said well they don’t make that rim anymore so I’ll send you a shipping label to return the rims. I was really dissatisfied and disappointed I mean I live in a complete different state. This isn’t dropping off an small Amazon package. After thinking about the hassle I sent an email to the company that contained a resolution and that was about a week ago and I’ve heard nothing. Never again. Just think twice and maybe shop on other sites before commuting to this one. Once the mistake is made on there part it’ll be your burden to carry.”
