“Assistant Manager David went WAY above and beyond in customer service. The store was out of the 2 liter Publix brand tonic water. David looked on his phone , searched the store room, and found out the liquor store had 3 bottles. He personally ran down the shopping center to the liquor store and got them for me. Thank you, David, for your excellent customer service!”

Forgive me, but I just could not find the prompt to add a new review. However, I so wanted to make sure that David, the manager of my local Publix store on Ehrlich Rd. had a chance to know of my appreciation for his Asst Mgr. John's excellent service he provided me over the phone a few weeks ago. I am a recently diagnosed diabetic and it was around my birthday. After calling bakery after bakery whom were included in a Google search for diabetic or lower carb baked goods, only to hear that they either no longer offered those items or never did. I was so happy to have reached John. He not only confirmed the availability of such items in your store; he put me on a short hold, then returned and ready out loud to me, a whole print out of the items you stock in detail. Thank you, John! You made my day, that day.

Everything was well organized, fresh, delicious, reasonably priced. All Publix folks were helpful, attentive and knowledgeable. I did not have to look long for what I needed. As soon as I couldn't find something, someone was already asking if they could help me, I was impressed. Shopping was, indeed, a pleasure. And, it was quick. Thank you.”

Gabbi saw me struggling with my eight month old and trying to put groceries on the belt and she asked immediately if they could help me and I was so relieved and happy when they suggested that. I didn’t know Publix employees did that or had that option! Luke was so great. His attitude was out of this world and really made my day as well.”

“I love Publix.. some of their items are higher, but their BOGO's are great, stores are clean, and I love their PubSubs. This one was on sale this week. It is the chicken tenders with peach heat sauce, fried jalapeño, coleslaw & Chipotle gouda cheese. $8.99 for 12in sub. It makes 2 meals. This was pretty good. Their employees are always courteous, and when I ask where something is, they bring me to it or let me know where I need to go.”

“This Publix is absolutely clean, beautiful inside and out, and have the best staff members and management personnel. I love shopping at this store because it is always nicely organized and very clean. The fresh food made in the deli and bakery always tastes fresh and looks great. The best part of going shopping here is if you need help, someone is always there to assist you. The managers, cashiers, and everyone that works here are actually very nice, and caring people who are always extremely helpful. It is a pleasure to shop here! “Super sweet employees! I really mean amazing! I've never had an order ahead Publix sub made so fast before, but they did it with lightning speed. The store is clean and easy to navigate. Came here after doing some errands. I'm really glad I stopped in.”
“I've taken a star down on the overall rating because this location had 2 lines open today with people back to the middle of the store, I told a young lady stocking that they needed register help. But 5 minutes later she was still stocking. I then, also told the manager-on-duty that while I was waiting 3 people walked out , he called for help and kept stocking the freezer, i Also walked out at that point”
“I came to Publix because WinnDixe Pharmacy shut down my perspiration’s were transferred to Walgreens. They were terrible to deal with and even gave me someone else’s medication and had to chase me down to get it back. So I called Publix to get them to transfer mine and my husband’s medication over from Walgreens. They called Walgreens and refused to transfer them over. Publix called me back and told me what they said. So the Pharmacist told me I might want to call the doctor and get them to call all the medication my husband and I are on over to them. So I did have the doctor call them all over to Publix. They have been amazing and so nice and easy to work with. I would like to just say Thank you to all of the amazing staff at Publix Pharmacy.”

“oh my gosh impeccable service let me just tell you this wonderful woman named tori (one of the deli workers) provided the fastest and best service anyone could ask for she wasn't impatient she wasn't being rude and best of all she mad my sub so delectable I didn't want to eat anything else that day cause I knew no food would come close to being as good as that sub it was so good it made me cry a little to this day I haven't had a better sub. so in conclusion,

“Beautiful, clean store with a great selection of products. One employee and the Boars Head vendor were especially helpful, but all staff members I've encountered are friendly and knowledgeable. My only complaints, and reason for 4 stars instead of 5, is that they can be a little pricy, and on my last visit all the 1 pound bags of carrots were obviously old since they were sprouting and had some dark spots. Overall I highly recommend the store though.”
“It is truly sad that only those few with negative comments and not the vast majority with positive comments seek out social platforms and review boards to display their one sided opinions. This is a great pharmacy, they answer the phones, attend to your needs and get what you need when you need it. Like any business some employees may be distasteful, but all the true pharmacists that work at this location are professional, attentive and friendly. Don’t base your decision on a star rating, try them yourself and make your own decision on how this pharmacy operates and interacts with its customers.”
“Bravo Supermarket on Bearss Ave is very clean and a well run grocery store with friendly staff. The vegetables are well displayed and of good quality. They also have a dedicated meat department with a butcher on site. The store is well laid out and tidy with roomy aisles. The cost of most items are reasonable while costs for some items are higher, and they do have daily specials. I would recommend this store for a safe, clean and reasonable place to shop.”

Not to visit with the cashier, use the restroom or expect a free wheelchair. Cheaper prices overcomes the lack of free bags or inconvenience of bringing a refundable quarter for a shopping cart.”
“I've been going to this one for a decade even though there is another one close, the people are very friendly and this is one of the larger supermarket/pharmacy of all the ones I have ever been to. Probs to store managers, plural, all key carriers, they run a very friendly and tight crew as the store is well kept and always fresh.”
“I have been going to this Publix since it opened. I have moved out of Lutz but I still drive to this Publix because the store is so clean and always has what I need. The employees all make you feel like they are happy to see you. This Publix is the nicest one in Hillsborough County. The Manager is always available and the employees follow her example.”
