“Getting ready for my college alumni game and 10 days before, I blew out my toe cap so needed new skates. Stopped by the Lutz store and Cole took great care of me. Hooked me up with a pair of Supreme M4s, that fit just about perfectly after 2 hours in them. I give all the credit to Cole and his never ending patience in finding me that right skate. He then helped pick out a new stick as well...much better choice than I would have made myself. Thanks Cole...great job...I'll be back !”

It seems unfortunately they are turning into another big box store, where they rarely answer their phone and when they do they won’t tell you somethings in stock, or when it will be in stock again. I’ve called just about every day over the past couple weeks. Wondering when they’re going to get corn in stock. Every time I get the same excuse of we don’t have any in stock but there’s a new truck we haven’t unloaded yet, so call back tomorrow… They can’t advise me at all when the next shipment of corn is coming in I was using them on a regular basis for corn, but I guess I’ll start going to the Feed Store again…Awesome place! I like it better than bass pro! Better organized and much better staff. Good prices too. I compared to Amazon and this store was always very close and the shoes were cheaper! Fishing, hunting, camping, boating, clothings, guns, etc. I could walk around here all day”

“I went to the ASICS Outlet in Lutz looking for a deal on walking shoes. I was greeted by Myra and asked for help finding a low to mid priced pair of shoes for Rucking workouts. Myra showed me two different options on markdown plus a third pair on major markdown. Pros 1) Great product knowledge 2) Upsold me on socks (they rock) and 3) the store was very clean. I would highly recommend this location and sales associate for your next set of ASICS!”

“I noticed recent reviews were not great. However, I will say the person helping us today was just fine. We were greeted immediately when we entered. Store was very clean and tidy (they just had a corporate visit from what I understand). When we checked out, the employee admitted it was a long day (we have no problem with this…employees are also humans) but she was friendly/easy to talk to and didn’t make us feel like we were an inconvenience. She apologized because she hadn’t noticed us at the register right away. She also asked us to verify she had typed our email correctly. She offered to cut the tags off the hat we bought so my hubby could wear it immediately. All things that showed she was genuinely paying attention to our experience. Even if this isn’t how service has been lately, hopefully this is a trend of where they are heading as we enjoyed our experience today! I believe Hailey was the employee who checked us out - thanks Hailey!”

“These people are amazing we came ten minutes before closing and yet they let us stay for an extra 30 minutes testing out bikes! The owner and workers are super friendly they offered us water and with our purchase they gave us free water bottles. They even let my son play with their very friendly dog.
