“This is a total gem and proof of the value of a local small business over all the online retailers. First of all, the employees and owner are all super friendly, helpful and just happy to talk about the game. I love that they have a demo program where you can test out a paddle or racket before you buy it. And they're generous in the policies. Test as many as you want and change daily if you want or keep the demo for up to a week at a time. If you play tennis or pickleball you need to know about this place!”

“I recently purchased a steel target from Grizzly online. I screwed up and didn’t order the correct thing. It was my fault 100%. So when it arrived Christmas Eve I figured I’d call them and leave a message explaining the situation. Did not expect an answer the night before Christmas. I spoke with Pat (might be owner but not sure). He said it’s all good he will be sending one for free. Seriously in this day and age most companies would never do this. “I need new sneakers for upcoming 5k training I will be doing. I was greeted when I came in and had help finding the right fit. The young lady who helped me watched me walk to help figure out what type of shoe (neutral, support etc.) would work best for my feet. She brought out pairs of sneakers and explained what they did and why she picked them. To help get a better feel to the shoe I was able to walk outside the shop to test the shoes. That helped me tell differences between each shoe and helped me pick a shoe. I went with a pair of ASICS. Just a heads up they are a bit more pricey than the retail value of the sneakers. I would shop here again when I need shoes in the future.”

“This outdoor sports shop took over the old Best Buy store on Bruce B Downs . There are many items for sports in the store. It mainly focuses on hunting, fishing and camping. I got a pair of hiking shoes from clearance sale. It wasn't bad. The whole store was clean, organized. It's easy to browse. The staff were polite, friendly and knowledgeable. This is a very cool shop for hunters and fishermen.”
