“Thomas and his team did a great job fixing my older model Accord. The vehicle is my commuter and our second vehicle and has been neglected for a few years. It was in need of some TLC. I’m glad that I took the vehicle to Hoover Automotive & Performance! They were as thorough as any dealership service department that I have ever used! They did a thorough inspection of the vehicle and diagnosed the issues that I had reported and recommended a few other services. Thomas was very helpful! He explained his recommendations clearly and answered all of my questions. The repairs were completed quickly and correctly for a reasonable price. I definitely will be taking our vehicles to Thomas and his team for future repairs and maintenance!”

“I recently had an excellent experience at this Jiffy Lube, and I wanted to share it. I went there because my car was leaking oil, and I couldn’t figure out why. It turned out that a previous Jiffy Lube location I had visited in Baymeadows had left my oil tank plug half an inch out, which could have caused serious issues in the long run if not addressed.
When I visited this Jiffy Lube, the staff, including managers Andrew and Kenny, were very apologetic about what had happened. They went above and beyond to make things right, not only fixing the issue but also replacing my oil with a higher-quality one, completely free of charge. Andrew, Kenny, and the rest of their team were very nice and attentive to the issue. They assured me that this would never happen again.
From now on, I am only going to go to this Jiffy Lube. They will take care of your car and inform you of the best course of action. They truly have your best interests in mind.”
“Just had my car in for 30, 000 mile service, and it was a great experience. Got a thorough video while technician reviewed the undercarriage of the car and we kind of knew that we needed some fairly major work but only work that would be expected at 30,000, mi and especially driving the New Jersey roads. We had just gotten back from the vacation. Extremely transparent, fair, efficient. I can't say enough about Tom Bush, Mazda City Orange Park and also Jennifer who is the service person for the repair department who was keeping us up to date on the progress. We even got a brand new Mazda CX-5 as a loaner for 3 days at no cost of course. So I'm very happy that the car has many, many more enjoyable miles ahead. We love our CX-5. I also received the follow-up and the thank you from the manager of the service department.
I had my 35000 mile check up and this dealership continued to please me on all fronts. I am happy that they improved their phone system too, to enable to reach the right department. Jennifer Gonzalez Rubio is an excellent service coordinator and goes out of her way to please. Great disposition too!”
