“If I could give 10 stars I would! Employees go above and beyond to make sure you walk out happy. We will be lifetime customers for sure! To elaborate on our experience today, we came to get my son one of the new pencil bats. Unfortunately they were out of the size he needed. They were apologetic and immediately told us that another shipment would be coming soon and we could preorder and they would call us as soon as it came in. They even complimented my son on his patience which was very sweet. Well no more than 5 min later while we were still in the parking lot we got a call from Play it Again Sports to come back in because they got one more bat delivered and it was the one we needed! My son was over the moon especially when they took him upstairs to hit a few off the tee with it. So whether it’s a special circumstance or just a regular visit you will always be taken care of here. “After shopping at Fleet Feet one time, I have decided that I would never just go to any other store to buy shoes. It really makes a difference and you know that you’ve got the right pair of shoes on your feet because of their 3-D scanning technology and the ability to take the shoes out for a test run. All that aside, the staff really takes the time to explain results with you and take you through all the shoes in the store until you find the right pair. One last thing to mention is that they carry shoes that you can’t find in other shoe stores. Last night, for example, they had representatives from Brooks doing a demo on their newest shoe. To me, it’s more than just a running store, it’s a lifestyle improvement!”
