“This is hands down the best Play it Again Sports I’ve ever been to. Braden one of the staff members was super helpful over the phone to check what used bats they had and give me some trade in info. When we got to the store we greeted with enthusiasm. The manager Nick gave us our trade in offer which was more than fair. I got the exact bat my son wanted preowned for a great deal. Braden even put the new lizard grip on for us! I’ve never had anyone at another Play it Again Sports do that. Outstanding customer service!!”

“I give you all 5 stars bc of your staff at the winter haven hibbett in FL they treat me with the upmost respect ppl think I'm some kinda celebrity when I'm in the store everyone knows me by name. Greatest staff ever assembled in my opinion. I do feel that ppl like me tht spend a lot of money in hibbett should have 1st choice on raffles I drop $600+ almost every time I step through those doors and that is sometimes twice a week or more. Hibbett is my choice of store especially for my jordans and LeBron I'm a sneakerhead and my retro jordan collection is sick thanks to you guys so when I don't win I'm highly upset bc I spend good money with you guys.”
