“Most of my Chase reviews are the same because most of the branches operate the same. This is a good bank with good people and a passion for service. No matter what state you're in they all look the same. I've been a Chase banker for years now and the reason is simple... They have always taken good care of my banking needs... This comes from a retired banker. I don't visit branches much anymore since the invention of the ATM and online banking. This place is big and bright and an attentive staff that seemed very attentive to their customers.. There were many cubicles and meeting tables... I imagine it can get very busy here. I used the teller to help me make some change. She was pleasant, helpful and reinforced my belief in being a Chase customer. If you have a choice to make about local banks I recommend this Chase branch for your banking needs. Kudos to a wonderful team here.”

I was pleasantly surprised, no waiting time, nice greetings, quick service with a smile and efficiency. Erica and Monique were wonderful. This was for when I went to the bank about a month ago, then today, Dec. 13/22 went back and I am again impressed with the greetings with a smile, fast service with a gentlemen called Richard.”

“I wanted to open a business account and I’m not the best at doing it through the app, so I went inside this branch and I couldn’t be happier I was greeted by the nicest person and she took me to open my account with Raymond he was extremely nice and professional I had the best experience ever although my account was for only $100 I was treated like a queen.
