Once he dropped us at our hotel, he even asked us if we had gotten dinner and offered to take us to the store. “Swanson was by far the best experience I have had when needing a jump. I called and spoke with the owner and he promptly was able to send someone to me when I was stranded in the cold rainy night. Chad whom he sent showed up quick and went above and beyond to help me get going and out of the miserable cold rain. He even went as far as pulling his own battery out of his truck after all else failed and got my car running. I have already placed them on my speed dial and they will always be my first call from now on! They did not trick me on pricing like other lake city roadside assistance companies have in the past and was professional and polite and I owe these guys more than they charged me! “Satisfied customer! I went from waiting two hours for A-1 Roadside Repairs to lie to me about an ETA and never showed up (they were "on there way" for a hour and a half and when I called back they began screening my number and quit answering my phone calls altogether) to Ozzie's Towing being there in less than 20 minutes and even arranged a tire shop to service my car! When your stranded and desperate being ignored with no information is the last thing you want. Ozzie's called me back just to keep me updated and were transparent with the cost of the tow (very reasonable btw) and made a stressful situation: easy! Thanks gentlemen!”
